This constant act of giving and giving and giving, driven by projection, leads to depletion and exhaustion (5:38-5:45). This exhaustion is not just emotional; it is energetic, as the psychic self reclaims its power (5:48-5:55).

 

In essence, by focusing on and trying to "fix" what they perceive as external pain (which is a projection of their inner state), empaths unconsciously drain their own vital energy.

 

The video explains the relationship between chaos and stillness in the context of energy mastery. When an empath can remain centered while a "storm rages," they have found their still point (7:27-7:36). This "still point" is the "axis mundi of your soul," where divine power circulates through you but does not stick to you (7:36-7:45). In this state of stillness, the empath is no longer a sponge but a conduit (7:46-7:49).

 

Furthermore, the video states that when an empath enters a space centered, the energy of that space shifts toward them (13:05-13:11). This is because chaos organizes around stillness (13:11-13:15).
